livoxProto1: Open pcloudDataSocket in UdpCmdDemux

The pcloudData socket is now opened by UdpCommandDemuxer, when
libLivoxProto1 is initialized. We can now just pick up the socket
and be certain it'll be there if the lib is being executed.
