`WS` takes the position that by leveraging the [sandboxing](../10-miscellaneous/10-explicit-sandboxing-of-protected-classes-apologia.md) mechanism, workplaces
should serve positive experiences for those young labourers learning the basic skills to pursue their self interest in the long term.
Furthermore, by combining that with the [workplace health and safety](../15-torts-and-coordination/15-04-workplace-health-and-safety.md) framework, workplaces
should prove to be safe for the long-term health of employees.
