## Definition of the term "Contagion":
We provide this definition to ensure that politicians understand that the purpose of this framework is to enlist the government in the control of contagions and biohazards which cannot be managed by the private sector due to a lack of technological tools.
As innovation advances and tools and technology improve, the scope of diseases which fall under the remit of the `SovCBIO` framework are intended to shrink; not to grow.
