# State Owned Enterprise Privatization:
Just give the shares to the employees equally; and give an <employee-decided> percentage of the shares to the union reps.
For the unions:
* Hold a vote where the employees decide what percentage of the shares will go to their union.
* Ensure that the employees can vote to give the union 0 shares.
