The above limitation notwithstanding: the Philosopher Jury's membership shall never fall below 1/3 of the total number of non-philosopher jurors used in Judicial Review cases. When the number of philosopher jurors is fewer than 1/3 of the total number of non-philosopher jurors, then the Philosopher Jury shall nominate new members until the number reaches at least 1/3 of the total number of non-philosopher jurors. E.g, if legislation requires 6 ordinary jurors and 6 originalist jurors, then the number of philosopher jurors shall never be allowed fall below 4.
## Period of service:
Philosopher Jurors shall serve lifetime terms.
