Obviously the employer cannot be made liable for damages incurred by employees failing to follow safety guidelines.

Workplaces should clearly publish risks for positions in detail. Any damages incurred while carrying out employment, which are not caused by employee negligence, shall be grounds for legal action against the employer.

`Wellspring` eagerly hopes that this framework should result in employees being empowered to make their workplaces safe and sanitary; and that employees should
have long, healthy lives working in `Wellspring`, in industry, in cutting edge research, and in any other areas of employement.
