# Wellspring: Bill of Military Constraints:
WS recognizes, fundamentally, the right to life and as a corollary, it enforces private property sovereignty. In WS all actions are permitted unless explicitly disallowed by this constitution or legislation (and all legislation must follow this constitution).

This bill of military constraints does not enumerate a fixed list of rights but rather an inexhaustive list of principles which have been discovered to be essential to preserving the sovereignty of the individual within the context of a polity with a standing army. Your right is the right to your own life and property (both cognitive and physical). This document does not grant you rights. Your rights are corollaries of your metaphysical identity as a rational creature. This document merely enumerates specific protections which history and experience have shown it to be necessary to explicitly state for the purpose of curtailing the zeal of

politicians.

This is not a bill of rights. This is a bill of military constraints.
