Wellspring: Courts:

The judicial branch shall embody the judicial power of the WS constitution.

Supreme Court:

The supreme court shall have the power of judicial review to declare acts by the other branches to be unconstitutional, subject to the framework laid out in the judicial review section of this constitution.

The court shall not give advisory opinions to legislators on constitutionality; they shall only decide cases.
