Strongly considering renaming to "Toumaia", which is a play on "Toumai" which is a Chad word meaning "the hope of life".

The Wellspring Constitutional hopes to form the foundation for a new era of nations based on voluntarism from the ground up. Suggestions for improvement are very much welcome in the comments on the files here on github, or as issues, or however you'd like. Email me at wellspringcp@protonmail.com.
